What do you offer?

The Monday Pasta Club is a South West-based private dining experience founded by chef and cookbook author Ed Barrow. I create bespoke Italian-inspired menus for weddings, celebrations and private events, centred around handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients and generous food designed to be shared. From intimate dinners and rehearsal meals to wedding celebrations, every menu is bespoke and created around your favourite ingredients, flavours and dishes. Relaxed, personal and inclusive, my aim is to make your food one less thing to think about- and one more thing to remember.

Why do you want to work with the LGBTQ+ Community?

At The Monday Pasta Club, food is all about bringing people together, creating a sense of occasion and making memories around the table. We want to be part of weddings where the food is an important part with bespoke menus created serving the couples favourite ingredients, dishes and flavours to create a wedding meal worth remembering.

Allyship

For me, allyship is about making sure people feel welcome, respected and able to be themselves, both personally and professionally. Through The Monday Pasta Club, I try to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone I work with and serve. I’m mindful of the language I use, the way I communicate with couples and guests, and making sure that everyone’s identity and relationships are respected without assumptions being made.
