What do you offer?

Each partnership is unique, that's why I write and deliver bespoke ceremonies, supporting you every step of the way. It’s important to me that couples feel seen, respected and celebrated on their wedding day as well as being fabulous and memorable for your guests.

Why do you want to work with the LGBTQ+ community?

The Wedding industry should celebrate all couples, but as an LGBTQ+ person myself, I know it isn’t always so smooth sailing if you’re not a straight/cisgender couple. Bespoke wedding ceremonies for me, means authentic inclusion right from our initial contact to your big day.

Allyship

I am here to listen, and to help you share your love story as a couple. A huge part of that is ensuring you feel comfortable, safe and confident about your ceremony. We can think about accessibility, language, such as pronouns, how you want to refer to yourselves and your partnership, how you wish to include traditions your way, or to completely make your own new traditions. This includes having awareness of the dynamic of having different groups attending your wedding e.g. family and friends, and I'll never assume but instead offer a non-judgemental space for us to explore what this looks like for you. My background experience is working by and for the Queer community in a therapeutic setting, I am incredibly passionate about being loud about Trans+ rights. As well as taking part in local Queer community events, protests and advocacy, within the wedding industry I am aware we are not there yet, but it is important to me that inclusion is the standard for all wedding suppliers and venues, and I continue to offer feedback and educate those in the industry to make weddings for all.

In the past I spent years as an LGBTQ+ content creator (anniesfitsandfeels), working on activism, educational projects and advocacy showcasing the wonderful diversity of our community. I recently launched my celebrant business, so I am currently building up my portfolio of imagery, and offering discounts to those from the LGBTQ+ community as I have completed my training to be an LGBTQ+ celebrant.
