What do you offer?

Im a rebellious celebrant, ditching your beige, copy and paste ceremonies and saying hello to freedom of expression, personalisation and having a ceremony that screams 'we did it our way!'

Why do you want to work with the LGBTQ+ community?

I'm a supportive ally all year round and continue to work on inclusiveness so that every couple and family will be seen, heard and safe. I'm a member of the community too but my values are in accepting couples without judgement and only with pure support and empowerment.

Allyship

I've attended and completed the Rebel Love inclusive course, I actively support Not a Phase and buy from queer owned businesses. I call out homophobia amongst my family, friends and online where I see fit and share will relevant posts that explains things better than I can. I use inclusive language and am constantly striving to better my allyship by reading books by and on the queer community and asking close friends who identify as queer so that I can be a better ally.

I've put together a strategy that's directed at my inclusiveness specifically so that eventually it will be obvious that I'm a safe and inclusive business. This is starting to be implemented but as I'm so new to the celebrant world, I'm yet to have couples that represent this too. I am starting to share my allyship in my stories and this will be a work in progress.

don't forget to let me know that you found me on Rebel Love Directory!
