Allyship

We view allyship as an active, ongoing commitment. In our daily life and work, we make a conscious effort to use and respect correct names and pronouns, challenge harmful language or assumptions, and speak up when we see discrimination. We actively educate ourselves on LGBTQ+ issues, support LGBTQ+ organisations through donations and advocacy, and show visible support where possible. Creating inclusive, respectful spaces and standing in solidarity - even when it is uncomfortable.

We actively work to ensure our business is inclusive both in practice and in representation. This includes being intentional about featuring diverse LGBTQ+ identities across our website, portfolio, and social media, and regularly reviewing our content to identify and address gaps in representation. Where diversity has been lacking, we take steps to try and collaborate with and platform LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, and voices, rather than treating inclusion as a one-off effort. We use inclusive language throughout our communications, normalise sharing pronouns, and ensure our business practices create a safe and respectful experience for LGBTQ+ people. Moving forward, we plan to continue our allyship by maintaining accountability around representation, supporting LGBTQ+ initiatives through collaborations or donations, and staying engaged in ongoing learning to ensure our business evolves alongside the community it serves.
